How to delete your HomeOdyssey account
From the app (immediate)
- Open HomeOdyssey and sign in with your adult account.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Email us from your account’s email address at privacy@homeodyssey.app with the subject “Delete my HomeOdyssey account”. We will delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, name and password.
- The households you created, with all their adventures, missions, rewards and alerts.
- The profiles of the children in those households and all their progress in the game.
- The devices registered to receive notifications.
If you were only a member of someone else’s household, your membership is deleted and that household carries on for everyone else. Technical backups disappear on their own within a few days.
